2.2. Our Website is a collection of web pages hosted on the Internet, united by a single theme, design and address space of performancelabus.com. Our home page providing a Visitor with the access to all other Website pages is available at tickbird.com. Website Visitor is a person who has opened/downloaded any page of our Website onto his device (including but not limited to computer, laptop, mobile), as well as the page of any of its sub-domains.

9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
9.1. We process your personal data until we receive the relevant request for data deletion or upon completion of services, which you are interested in. If you need to change your data or delete it from our database, email us and state your requirements: dataprotection@tickbird.com (marked by “Withdrawal of consent to process (change) personal data”). Your personal data will be deleted within 30 calendar days from the date we receive such a request.
9.2. If you or your representative withdraw the Consent to process personal data, we have the right to continue processing personal data without your consent only if there are grounds specified in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in other applicable legal acts.
